Tennessee's all-time leader in career assists (747) and steals (251), Zeigler is the only player in SEC history with 1,500 points, 700 assists, 350 rebounds and 250 steals, and the only SEC player ever named to the conference's All-Defensive team in all four of his seasons. He fought a public legal battle for a fifth year of eligibility that was ultimately denied by the courts, closing out his UT career after the 2024–25 season.
